Valinor is a beautiful, designer-owned home located on the quiet West End 250 yards to the beach. The tranquil neighborhood is situated between 2 lakes, and a 2 minute walk on the private, deeded path will lead you to a natural beach with excellent shelling and beautiful sunsets.
The main house features 3 beds and 2 baths: the master bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and large walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and bedroom 3 is a cozy bunkroom with a set of twin bunks. The home also features a separate studio that can be rented in addition to the main house which includes a double bed, a full-size futon, full bathroom, and kitchenette with refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster.
Whatever your interests may be, Sanibel has something to offer. In addition to its world famous shelling beaches, there are 22 miles of paved bike trails, numerous nature hikes, and some of the best fishing in the U.S. For the birdwatchers, The J. N. 'Ding' Darling National Wildlife Refuge offers a spectacular array of birdlife, as well as manatees, alligators, and other wildlife.

Summary: A designer beach theme and recent renovations and up-dates give this home an elegant look and feel, including white shiplap walls, gorgeous floors, the latest appliances, a completely new kitchen with beautiful counters, expertly renovated bathrooms, up-to-date decor and artwork. We enjoyed the lovely master bedroom, with separate sitting area and attached brand-new tiled bathroom. The double-opening sliding glass doors give the place a tree-house feel. Out of every window is a view of lush foliage. The open living room, kitchen, and eating area and vaulted ceilings give a spacious feel. Overall, this was a dream beach house for us and we hope to return again and again!
